Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Strength testing, Endurance testing, Power testing, Speed and Agility.
2. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAMMES
Get 6 week or 12 week training programmes for your fitness goals. All programmes will be made to the athletes’ individuals needs after consultation. Regular checks and tests throughout the programme are offered with one-to-one coaching available if required.
3. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING LECTURES
We can come to clubs if required and give presentations on strength and conditioning, training methods, injury prevention training, nutrition etc to help with overall improved performance
4. OLYMPIC LIFTS TRAINING
Fully qualified UKSCA coach available.
We also offer group courses on weight training and programming to instruct on planning and proper weight lifting techniques
5. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT IN SPORT
Training and talks for young athletes to help educate them on best training methods and hopefully inspire and promote their long term participation in sport
