As a GAA footballer since my youth, who has played at the top of my game wnning an All Ireland Medal with my county, I have always had a strong interest in training methods for the improvement of overall performance with a view to helping prevent injury in sport. To further my knowledge and experience I recently completed a Sports and Physiology degree and also qualified as a UKSCA instructor. These build on from the many other courses I have undertaken over the years such as Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer, Sports Massage, Sports Nutrition etc which have given me a great insight into many aspects of Strength, Power and Agility development to enhance performance in a variety of Sport.
I have experience of working with Senior County Football and Hurling teams and have also worked with Wigan Warriors U16, 18 and 20 Rugby team. I have worked with individual athletes, Sports teams, coaches etc through a wide range of age groups. I also deliver presentations on various training methods when required.
I am continually researching and maintaining up-to-date training methods to pass on through my programmes.
